WTGL Adds Six Top LPGA Players, Roster Grows to 14

TMRW Sports announced commitments from six additional players for the Women’s Team Golf League (WTGL) on February 11, 2026, bringing the total roster to 14 ahead of the league’s debut later in 2026. WTGL is the women’s counterpart to the popular TGL league, which recently completed its second season.

Prior to the announcement, eight players had already committed to WTGL:

  • Lexi Thompson
  • Lydia Ko
  • Charley Hull
  • Brooke Henderson
  • Jeeno Thitikul
  • Rose Zhang
  • Lottie Woad
  • Michelle Wie West

New Additions to the WTGL Roster

The six new players joining WTGL are:

  • Celine Boutier — Six-time LPGA Tour winner and major champion
  • Andrea Lee — Ranked No. 24 in the world and LPGA Tour winner
  • Minjee Lee — Ranked No. 7 in the world and three-time major champion
  • Danielle Kang — Six-time LPGA Tour winner and major champion
  • Megan Khang — LPGA Tour winner and four-time Solheim Cup team member

WTGL Unveils Official Logo as Momentum Builds

In addition to the expanded roster, WTGL officially revealed its logo on February 11, 2026.

“WTGL continues to build momentum as a global platform for LPGA stars and women’s team golf. With today’s brand reveal and 14 LPGA Tour players now committed — including major champions, Olympians and Solheim Cup players from around the world — this milestone underscores the excitement we’re seeing from players, team ownership groups and potential partners as we prepare for WTGL’s inaugural season.”

Roster Strength and Future Possibilities

WTGL’s roster now features a mix of major champions, Olympians, and top-ranked professionals, signaling strong momentum ahead of its 2026 launch. However, world No. 1 Nelly Korda — the biggest star on the LPGA Tour — has not yet committed to the league. Korda has previously expressed interest in a co-ed partnership with TGL, leaving the possibility of her future involvement uncertain.

Each WTGL match features two teams of three players each, meaning only six players are active per match. With 14 players currently committed, WTGL can field four full teams, leaving room for additional signings. Speculation has emerged about whether Nelly Korda, or even her sister Jessica Korda, could join the league in the future.

Regardless, WTGL shows no signs of slowing down as it prepares for its highly anticipated debut.
