Comcast chairman and co-CEO Brian Roberts received a total compensation of $35.15 million for 2025, marking a 3.8% increase from his $33.9 million earnings in 2024.
The compensation package included:
- $2.6 million base salary
- $23.5 million in stock awards
- $8.6 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation
- $491,200 in “other” compensation
Meanwhile, Mike Cavanagh, who was promoted to co-CEO alongside Roberts in January 2025, saw his total pay rise by 154% to $71.8 million, up from $28.3 million in 2024.
The compensation package for Cavanagh included:
- $2.6 million base salary
- $60.3 million in stock awards
- $8.6 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation
- $231,392 in “other” compensation
