Complete Shoring Up Defenses Quest in ARC Raiders: Step-by-Step Guide

Shoring Up Defenses is one of the newer quests in ARC Raiders that takes place on the Riven Tides map. While a few tasks are direct and require you to take down specific ARCs, completing the rest will require you to travel to specific locations.

This guide will help you complete all the steps.

• Destroy five Wasps
• Destroy three Fireflies
• Use 1 ARC Alloy to reinforce the Raider structure on top of any Stacking Yard crane
• Board up shuttered windows in the hotel

The Shoring Up Defenses Quest Breakdown

Destroy five Wasps

This is a straightforward task since Wasps are easy targets. They can be found all over the map. To take them down quickly, target their motors on the wings using weapons like the Hullcracker for one-shot kills.

Destroy three Fireflies

Fireflies are newer flying ARCs that are more dangerous than Wasps or Hornets. If they get close, they will attempt to set you on fire. These ARCs have more health points than Hornets, but the strategy remains the same.

Target the motors on the rear engine to disrupt their flight, making them easier to shoot down.

Use 1 ARC Alloy to reinforce the Raider structure on top of any Stacking Yard crane

For this task, you need one ARC Alloy, which is easy to obtain by destroying any ARC or carrying it in your inventory. Head to the Stacking Yard point of interest (POI), take the rope to reach the top, and locate any crane.

Interact with the crane to repair it using the ARC Alloy, completing the third task.

Board up shuttered windows in the hotel

For the final task, travel to the Hotel Panorama Azzurro. Enter through the main entrance, take the stairs on your left to reach the first floor, and go straight until you find a room on your left.

Inside, locate a red-colored window with a prompt to board it up. Once activated, wooden planks will cover the window, completing the quest.
