The final trailer for The Mandalorian and Grogu has arrived, leaving fans to grapple with a pressing question: How do you pluralize Babu Frik?
Disney released the trailer ahead of its CinemaCon premiere, offering a darker tone compared to earlier promos. The footage includes familiar faces like Baby Yoda—now joined by multiple Babu Friks—as well as Din Djarin breaking the Mandalorian code by removing his helmet.
For casual viewers, the trailer delivers unexpected highlights, such as Sigourney Weaver in a Rebellion flight suit. But the real draw for many is the return of the adorable, mischievous Babu Friks—pluralized here as Babu Friks—proving one was never enough.
CinemaCon Exclusive: Extended Footage
Attendees at CinemaCon received a special treat: the first 17 minutes of the film, featuring an extended action sequence. In it, Din Djarin and Grogu confront Imperial remnants clad in ice planet gear, culminating in a thrilling escape aboard a hijacked AT-ST.
The Mandalorian and Grogu hits theaters on May 22, bringing Babu Frik and the beloved duo to the big screen.
