Ford has reintroduced employee pricing for all customers, offering discounts on new 2025 and 2026 models. The promotion, tied to America’s 250th anniversary, provides savings on Ford and Lincoln vehicles through July 6.
The automaker announced the “American Value. For American Values” campaign, though the move follows an 8.8% decline in first-quarter sales, dropping to 457,315 units.
Discounts by Model
Ford’s employee pricing applies to the following 2025 and 2026 models:
- 2026 Mustang: $30,333 (savings of $2,307)
- 2026 Bronco: $38,552 (savings of $1,943)
- 2026 Bronco Sport: $29,763 (savings of $2,082)
- 2026 F-150: $34,412
- 2026 Super Duty: $41,495
- 2025 Mustang Mach-E: $35,818
- 2025 F-150 Lightning: $50,646
Lincoln Discounts
Lincoln models also feature employee pricing:
- 2025 Nautilus: $49,747 (savings of $4,248)
- 2025 Aviator: $53,278
- 2025 Navigator: $84,555 (savings of $7,440)
Pricing reflects typical starting prices before discounts. Employee pricing is available at participating dealers, and customers are encouraged to compare offers.
"The move aims to provide the right value at the right time," Ford stated in its announcement.
Ford’s sales decline in Q1 highlights the urgency behind the pricing strategy, as the automaker seeks to boost demand amid shifting consumer preferences.
