Ensky and Mattel have announced the release of a Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End-themed edition of the Uno card game in Japan. This marks the latest anime crossover for the classic card game.
The special edition will be priced at ¥1,760 (~$11) and is scheduled to launch by the end of April 2026. While the official product listing does not specify an exact release date, it confirms the timeline for availability. Orders can be placed for international shipping through Buyee, though the game is not yet listed for worldwide sale. Ensky previously sold a Dr. Stone Uno variant on Amazon’s global store for $19.99, suggesting a potential future global release for the Frieren edition as well.
Gameplay and Features
The Frieren Uno variant follows the same rules as the original game. The primary difference is the inclusion of characters from the anime and manga on the cards. The deck contains 112 cards, matching the standard size, and features optional special rule cards, similar to the Dr. Stone version. The game supports 2 to 10 players, maintaining compatibility with the classic Uno experience.
