How to Find All Traveler's Camp Chests in Windrose

Windrose hides secret items across its world, including two chests at each Traveler's Camp. While the first chest is straightforward to find, the second is cleverly concealed and requires a specific approach. Here’s how to uncover both and secure all rewards.

Locating the First Traveler's Camp Chest

The first chest is always visible and easy to spot. Upon arriving at a Traveler's Camp, check near the tents or campfires—this is where the chest typically appears. No special tools are needed; simply walk around the camp to find it.

Finding the Second Traveler's Camp Chest

The second chest is hidden and requires a shovel in your inventory. Follow these steps to uncover it:

  • Locate the dead tree: Search for a dead tree near the camp, marked by a red scarf tied around it. The tree’s position is randomized but always close to the camp.
  • Equip your shovel: Once the tree is found, use the shovel to dig around its base.
  • Dig until the chest appears: The chest will be highlighted on the ground once uncovered. Open it to collect the items inside.

If the second chest isn’t visible during a subsequent visit, return to the dead tree with the red scarf and dig again. The chest will reappear in the same spot.
