How to Get Lucifer Rotsac in Subnautica 2
To obtain Lucifer Rotsac, follow these steps:
- Release the clamps on your lifepod to reach the ocean surface.
- Dive into the water and gather resources to craft a Multitool. Titanium, readily available in caves, is required for crafting the Multitool.
Note: While the Multitool is not strictly necessary to collect Lucifer Rotsac, it may be required for interaction in some cases. After crafting the Multitool, dive to the seabed and search for the plant shown in the image below.
These plants do not have a specific name. You can use the Multitool to cut them and collect their pulp, or interact with them directly to pick up the spherical, egg-like item resting on top. This item is the Lucifer Rotsac, which is essential for crafting Rubber.
How to Make Rubber in Subnautica 2
Once you have collected at least two Lucifer Rotsac, return to your lifepod. Open the Fabricator and craft Rubber using the collected resource. Lucifer Rotsac can be found abundantly on the seabed near your lifepod, making it easy to farm additional supplies.
For optimal results, gather as much Lucifer Rotsac as possible to ensure a steady supply of Rubber for your in-game needs.
