Free agent linebacker Kyle Van Noy has hinted at a potential move to the San Francisco 49ers for the 2026 NFL season. During an appearance on Up & Adams on Tuesday, Van Noy discussed his future plans and specifically mentioned the 49ers as a team he would like to join.
"I'd really like to play with my little brother, Fred Warner, with the Niners," Van Noy said. "I think they got something cooking over there. I know they love Joey Bosa because of Nick and all that. I get that, but I would love to play with my little brother. That's my guy, and I think they got something cooking over there."
Van Noy did not disclose the extent of his communication with the 49ers. He also revealed that he had prior discussions with the Seattle Seahawks before they finalized a deal with Dante Fowler. Additionally, Van Noy left the door open for a potential return to the Baltimore Ravens for a fourth season, indicating that his job search remains fluid.
In his most recent season with the Ravens, Van Noy recorded 20 tackles, 2 sacks, and 1 interception. Over his first two seasons with the team, he accumulated 21.5 sacks in the AFC North.
