NIKKE 3.5 Anniversary Update: New SSR Units Anis: Star, Neon: Vision Eye, and Avistar Revealed

Shift Up has officially unveiled the 3.5 Goddess of Victory: NIKKE anniversary update, scheduled to arrive on April 23, 2026. The update introduces three new SSR units, fresh costumes, a rhythm minigame, and new campaign chapters.

New SSR Units and Their Roles

The update features the following new SSR units:

• SSR Anis: Star – A Defender unit equipped with the Twinkle Star rocket launcher, dealing Electric damage. She is a Tetra Line unit whose skills enhance allies’ defense or her own attack.
• SSR Avistar – A Supporter unit wielding the Lonely Pride machine gun, also dealing Electric damage. As an Elysion unit, she focuses on team support and self-preservation.
• SSR Neon: Vision Eye – An Attacker unit with the All Breaker rocket launcher, dealing Electric damage. She is a Missilis unit that boosts her own firepower and attack power.

SSR Anis: Star and Avistar will be available immediately after maintenance, while SSR Neon: Vision Eye’s banner will open on April 30, 2026.

New Costumes and Limited-Time Features

The update also includes several new costumes:

• Liberio – Dreaming Lake costume
• Dorothy – Luna Light costume
• Rapi: Red Hood – Shining Light costume
• Anis: Star – Starlight and TT Star costumes

The Starlight and TT Star costumes for Anis: Star will feature special animations, including unique Burst Skill effects and new voice acting. These costumes will be available in the Costume Gacha.

Anis: Star Storyline and Event Details

A three-part series will explore Anis’ past, focusing on her pop star origins alongside Pretty. The first episode introduces the TT Star (Twinkle Tri-Star) group, highlighting Anis, Mint, and Prika’s collaboration as a singing trio. The series delves into darker aspects of their life and reveals Anis’ decision to join a combat squad on the surface. Later episodes cover her field experiences and the acquisition of the Star armament, hinting at her potential return to music.

Additionally, the Tracing the Stars rhythm minigame will launch alongside the Anis: Star event.

Campaign Updates and Returning Costumes

The main campaign will receive Chapters 45–46 as part of the update.

Several previously released costumes will return to the Cash Shop until May 14, 2026:

• Brid – Black Moon costume
• Diesel – Minight Strawberry costume
• Emma – Office Therapy costume

Dorothy’s Luna Light costume will be available in the Luna Light Pass and includes new voice acting.
