Commitment to Customer Experience
“We’re staying committed to the restaurants that have helped build us by investing in improvements that ensure every experience meets the high standards our customers expect.”
Raising Cane’s emphasized its dedication to enhancing existing locations while expanding its footprint. The Queens, New York, drive-thru location follows the recent opening of a Brooklyn drive-thru, which includes a walk-up window and a covered, heated patio. Customers at these locations can order on-site or online.
Rapid Growth Trajectory
This expansion aligns with Cane’s aggressive growth strategy. Earlier this year, the chain opened more than a dozen new restaurants, and in 2025 alone, it added 100 new locations nationwide. In April 2025, the company celebrated the opening of its 1,000th restaurant, located on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
According to a 2024 report by FOX Business, Raising Cane’s has approximately 300 new restaurants in various stages of development globally. The company aims to operate over 1,600 locations and achieve Top 10 US Restaurant Brand status.
