Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 continues its evolving narrative with the Season Three Reloaded update, bringing major additions to multiplayer, including the long-awaited debut of RoboCop as a new operator. The update also introduces fresh weapons, remastered maps, and new game modes, delivering a fresh wave of content for players.

RoboCop Collaboration and Event Pass

Two New Weapons Added in Season Three Reloaded

The update introduces two new weapons:

  • Siren Special Weapon: A slow-moving projectile that gains velocity as you charge before firing. Ideal for strategic engagements.
  • Katana Melee Weapon: A high-damage close-quarters weapon for slicing through opponents.

Both weapons are available free-to-earn through in-game events.

Weapon Buffs, Nerfs, and Map Updates

Activision will release detailed weapon balance changes closer to the update’s launch on April 30.

The update also adds three new multiplayer maps:

  • Onsen: A brand-new map for players to explore.
  • Summit: A remastered classic from Black Ops 1.
  • Hacienda: A remastered map from Black Ops 4.

New Game Modes in Season Three Reloaded

The update introduces three fresh game modes:

  • Freerun: A time-attack mode set on the Ascent map, featuring a 10-zone course that tests parkour abilities and challenges players with increasing difficulty.
  • Heat Wave Havoc: A limited-time mode available on Team Deathmatch, Kill Confirmed, Domination, and Hardpoint. Players progress through five heat levels, each unlocking new combat abilities to enhance efficiency in battle.
  • Freeze Tag: A six-vs-six mode where players must freeze enemies while keeping allies thawed. Eliminated operators enter a frozen state until a teammate revives them by shooting or damaging their downed body.

"Eliminated Operators drop into a frozen state, where they are unable to complete any actions until a teammate shatters them free by shooting or otherwise damaging their downed teammate."

Endgame Updates and Free-to-Play Content

Endgame will remain free-to-play for a limited time, featuring:

  • Mega Abomination Activity: A new endgame challenge for players.
  • Thermal Spike Major Ability: A new ability to unlock and use in combat.
