Ted Lasso is making a surprise return this fall with its fourth season, premiering on Apple TV on August 5.

The streamer announced the premiere date alongside the release of the first Season 4 teaser on Tuesday. New episodes will stream every Wednesday, concluding with the finale on October 7.

Returning Cast and New Additions

Jason Sudeikis will reprise his role as Ted Lasso and serve as an executive producer for the Emmy-winning comedy. Joining him are returning cast members:

Women’s Soccer Takes Center Stage

At the end of Season 3, Ted returned to America to coach his son’s soccer team. Season 4 shifts focus as Ted heads back to Richmond to take on a new challenge: coaching a second-division women’s football team.
