How to Find All 40 Corrupted Lanterns in The Division 2 Cherry Blossom Event
The Cherry Blossom event is currently live in The Division 2, and one of its key activities involves locating 40 Corrupted Lanterns hidden throughout Washington, D.C. While some lanterns may be discovered during random exploration, this guide provides their exact locations to ensure you don’t miss any.

Distribution of Corrupted Lanterns by District
- Southwest: 3 lanterns
- East Mall: 7 lanterns
- Judiciary Square: 3 lanterns
- Federal Triangle: 1 lantern
- Downtown East: 4 lanterns
- White House: 2 lanterns
- West Potomac Park: 4 lanterns
- Constitution Hall: 4 lanterns
- Foggy Bottom: 3 lanterns
- West End: 5 lanterns

The Division 2 Corrupted Lanterns Explained
When you find a Corrupted Lantern, interact with it to trigger a Kitsunebi kill squad ambush. Defeating the squad allows you to face the Ronin. Successfully defeating both enemies grants event keys.

These keys can be exchanged for valuable caches. For a full list of rewards, refer to the official event details. Completing all 40 lanterns earns the "Herald of Spring Distinction" commendation and an exclusive patch.
Even after collecting all lanterns, you can revisit certain locations daily to interact with a few lanterns for additional event keys and rewards.
