Nintendo Switch 2 owners have plenty to celebrate as Annapurna Interactive announces the release of five of its titles on the latest console. Three games receive next-gen upgrades, while two make their debut on Nintendo platforms.

Next-Gen Upgrades for Existing Titles

Starting today, Sayonara Wild Hearts and Lorelei and the Laser Eyes are available on Switch 2 with significant enhancements. Both games now support 120Hz and 4K resolution.

  • Sayonara Wild Hearts is priced at $13 for new buyers. Existing owners can upgrade for free, and the update introduces the previously unavailable Remix Arcade mode, which accelerates gameplay and eliminates loading screens for high-score chasing.
  • Lorelei and the Laser Eyes, released in 2024, is available for $25. Upgrades for existing owners are free.

New Releases on Switch 2

On May 28, the cyberpunk cat adventure Stray arrives on Switch 2 with improved 4K visuals and a higher frame rate. The port also introduces mouse controls to complement its feline theme. The digital eShop price is set at $30, though it remains unclear if existing Switch owners will receive a free upgrade.

On June 11, To a T, the puzzle-adventure game by Keita Takahashi (creator of Katamari), makes its Nintendo debut. Available digitally for $20, the game skipped Nintendo consoles upon its initial launch last year.

On June 23, the cozy narrative game Wanderstop launches on both Switch and Switch 2. The digital eShop price is $25, with no confirmation yet on a physical release.

Additional Annapurna Interactive Titles Already Available

Annapurna Interactive has already released several of its games on Switch 2, including:

  • People of Note, a musical turn-based RPG, launched at Switch 2’s release earlier this month.
  • Mixtape, a stylish adventure game, arrived on Switch 2 on May 7.

This expansion of Annapurna Interactive’s library on Switch 2 underscores the publisher’s commitment to bringing its diverse range of indie titles to Nintendo’s latest console.
