Jim Bridenstine Returns to Military Roots as Quantum Space CEO
Jim Bridenstine, who previously served as NASA administrator from 2018 to 2022, has been appointed chief executive of Quantum Space, a Maryland-based company specializing in advanced maneuverable spacecraft.
Bridenstine’s appointment marks a return to his military and legislative roots. Before leading NASA, he served as a U.S. Representative from Oklahoma for three terms, where he sat on the House Committee on Armed Services. Earlier in his career, he was a naval aviator.
