Amazonのプライムビデオにて、ベストセラー小説シリーズ「フォースウィング」のTVシリーズ化が正式に決定した。マイケル・B・ジョーダンが、Amazonのアップフロント発表会にてシリーズ化を発表した。
また、同シリーズの第一話の監督には、SFドラマ「ウェストワールド」のクリエイターとして知られるリサ・ジョイが起用されることが明らかになった。
「フォースウィング」は、レベッカ・ヤロスによるロマンスとファンタジーを融合した人気小説シリーズで、ドラゴン騎士団を舞台にした壮大な冒険が描かれている。
シリーズ化の発表を受け、ファンからは大きな期待が寄せられている。
