뉴잉글랜드 패트리어츠가 미지명 자유계약 선수(UDFA) 출신 안전수비수 피터 마누마와 계약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
보스턴 헤럴드의 더그 키드 기자에 따르면, 패트리어츠는 지난 주말 진행된 루키 미니캠프에 참가했던 마누마와 계약을 맺었다고 전했다. 마누마는 하와이 대학교에서 4년 동안 주전으로 활약했으며, 대학 시절 총 5회의 인터셉션을 기록했다.
이번 계약으로 패트리어츠는 90인 로스터에 새로운 인재를 추가하게 되었다. 패트리어츠는 시즌을 앞두고 로스터 확장을 위해 다양한 미지명 선수들과 협상을 진행 중인 것으로 알려졌다.
