To mark its inaugural season in Formula 1, Cadillac has created a limited-edition tribute to its most potent and track-focused sedan. The 2026 CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series draws inspiration from the brand’s MAC-26 racecar, cloaked in a matching stealth livery and offered exclusively with a six-speed manual transmission.
Precision Engineering for Track and Road
The 2026 CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series begins with the Precision Package, which introduces carbon-ceramic brakes, unique front steering knuckles, and rear toe links. The upgraded suspension features firmer springs and an 11% stiffer anti-sway bar, enabling increased front and rear camber for enhanced grip on the wider Michelin tires included with the package. Complementing the hardware is a bespoke Magneride tuning, ensuring the high-performance CT5-V remains composed both on and off the track.
Exclusive Specifications and Power Boost
Cadillac is producing just 26 examples of the 2026 CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series, each finished in Midnight Stone Frost with silver, gray, and black accents. The car also bears the Formula 1 and FIA logos, a first for an American automaker. Beyond branding, the limited-edition model delivers additional power: its 6.2-liter LT4 V-8 now produces 685 hp, up from the standard LT4’s 668 hp. Cadillac attributes the gain to an upgraded supercharger, likely sourced from the 2.65-liter unit used in the Escalade-V, which produces 682 hp. This makes the CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series the most powerful V-8 Cadillac ever built.
“The CT5-V Blackwing embodies the very best of Cadillac track-capable performance. With the F1 Collector Series, we’re channeling the energy and innovation of Formula 1 into a road-ready sedan that feels every bit as special as our entry into the sport. Each of the 26 vehicles is curated to be a centerpiece in any collection and a true celebration of Cadillac’s new era in Formula 1.”

The 2026 CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series will make its public debut at the Miami Grand Prix during race weekend. Visitors can view the super sedan at Jungle Plaza in the Miami Design District. Notably, Sergio Perez is scheduled to attend on Sunday, May 3, offering fans a rare opportunity to see the car alongside the racing legend.
