The Czinger 21C Vmax is one of the few American hypercars to become a reality, delivering on its promises with a 2.88-liter twin-turbo V8 and electric motors producing 1,233 hp.
This special edition stands out with a striking metallic purple paint job, complemented by gold anodized wheels and carbon fiber accents. Unlike many hyped projects that fade into vaporware, the Czinger 21C has reached customers, joining the ranks of elite hypercars such as the Hennessey Venom F5.
Design and Customization
Czinger currently offers two versions of the 21C: the standard model and the Vmax. The 21C Vmax showcases a bold design, with the purple paint glistening under sunlight and darkening in shadows, accentuating the car’s dramatic lines and creases.
This is the first 21C from Czinger’s Liquid series to be painted purple, delivered by Czinger’s partner in Miami, Prestige Imports. The owner avoided excessive exposed carbon fiber, opting for a color-matched front splitter and rear diffuser. Carbon fiber is used subtly on the front cowl, near the headlights, and across the rear fascia, but the paint remains the focal point.
The wheels are anodized gold with center locks and carbon fiber rims to reduce weight. Inside, the cabin features purple bucket seat backs, along with purple, white, and black leather upholstery, and extensive carbon fiber trim.
Performance and Pricing
The 21C Vmax’s powertrain includes a 2.88-liter twin-turbocharged V8 producing 950 hp, paired with a pair of electric motors for a total of 1,233 hp. Weighing under 2,733 lbs (1,240 kg) dry, the hypercar achieves a near 1:1 power-to-weight ratio, enhancing its performance credentials.
Pricing starts at $2.36 million for both the standard 21C and the Vmax. However, most buyers customize their cars, pushing transaction prices closer to $3 million. Czinger also offers bespoke commissions for those seeking even more exclusivity.
