Fortnite’s latest crossover event introduces four legendary Overwatch heroes—Tracer, D.Va, Mercy, and Genji—as playable characters in the battle royale. The heroes will be available as cosmetic skins starting tomorrow as part of Act Three of the game’s Showdown season.

Epic Games has confirmed that the update will also feature new weapons, landmarks, and additional Overwatch-inspired content. One highlight is a new point of interest modeled after King’s Row, the original Overwatch map from its 2016 launch.

A premium bundle includes all four skins, backblings, pickaxes, a glider, three emotes, a wrap, and a loading screen. While the full bundle will require a significant investment of V-Bucks, players can purchase individual skins to represent their favorite heroes.

Adding to the excitement, luxury car brand Porsche is joining the collaboration with its own bundle. The Porsche Cayenne Turbo Electric + Overwatch Bundle features a vehicle body, decals, and wheels, extending a multi-year partnership that previously included skins for D.Va and Pharah.

Leaks earlier this year suggested the crossover would launch in February, but it was delayed and integrated into Fortnite’s current Showdown season in Chapter 7, Season 2. The timing aligns well with Overwatch’s 10th anniversary, celebrating a decade since its original release.

"I think this scenario works out just fine, personally."

The collaboration has been highly anticipated, with fans eager to see how these iconic heroes integrate into Fortnite’s ever-expanding universe. Whether you’re a longtime Overwatch player or a dedicated Fortnite enthusiast, the crossover offers fresh content and nostalgic elements for both communities.
