Lorrayne Mavromatis, a former executive at Beast Industries, the production company behind YouTube sensation Jimmy "MrBeast" Donaldson, has filed a lawsuit alleging years of harassment, forced work during maternity leave, and wrongful termination.
The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, accuses the company of creating a toxic, male-centric workplace where female employees, including Mavromatis, were subjected to unwanted sexual advances and demeaning behavior by male colleagues. Mavromatis was one of the few women in the executive suite before her termination.
According to the complaint, Mavromatis endured intentional infliction of emotional distress due to the alleged harassment. The lawsuit further claims she was asked to work during her maternity leave and was wrongfully fired just weeks after returning.
The legal action highlights broader concerns about workplace culture at MrBeast’s companies, which have become global powerhouses in digital entertainment. Mavromatis is seeking damages for emotional distress, lost wages, and other relief.
