Beastro, a cooking simulation game where players prepare meals to fuel warriors for combat, will not launch in May 2026 as originally planned. The game was set to debut on May 21, 2026, across PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, but has now been delayed to June 11, 2026.
Developer Timberline explained that the additional three weeks will be dedicated to quality control, ensuring the game is polished and features fewer bugs at launch.
New Trailer and Gameplay Details
Alongside the delay, a new trailer has been released, showcasing how Beastro works. Players control Panko, who gathers ingredients to prepare meals that directly impact the performance of Caretaker warriors during combat. The trailer highlights how ingredient placement affects meal flavors, with visual cues indicating different traits. A customer palate meter at the bottom right shows the required flavor ranges to satisfy quests, though players must manage limited grid space carefully when arranging ingredients.
