Ат랜틱은 지난주 보도에서 파텔의 과도한 음주가 직무 수행에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다고 주장했으며, 경호 detail이 그를 깨우지 못한 적도 있었다고 전했다.
소송은 워싱턴 D.C. 연방지방법원에 제출되었으며, Ат랜틱 측은 즉각적인 comment 요청에 응하지 않았다.
