ローマ — 8年前、遺伝子変異に特化した個別化医療を娘のミラさんに受けさせたジュリア・ビタレロさんは、このほど、同様の治療法を大規模に提供する新会社の設立に向け動き出した。
ビタレロさんは、前回の取り組み「EveryONE Medicines」が頓挫した理由について、米食品医薬品局（FDA）の新たな指針が投資家の期待に応えるほどの明確な道筋を示さなかったためだと説明した。
現在は、新たな投資家の獲得に向け、協力者と共に準備を進めている。
